Amazon Order Concerns?Updated 3 months ago

First of all, thank you for your purchase!

Our products are sold on two different Amazon stores. 

If your order invoice states "Sold by Small Pet Select," we can easily access your account information and will help find the best resolution to your concern.

Please provide the order number when contacting our customer service.


If your order invoice states "Sold by Amazon Services,"  Amazon Services purchases our products in bulk and ships directly to the consumer from their Amazon Services store. 

We definitely want to be made aware of any concerns regarding our products or services sold through Amazon Services.

However, since we are two different business platforms, we don't have access to their point of sale database and are unable to offer a resolution from our store.

For the quickest resolution, we ask that you direct your order concern to Amazon who is authorized to act on our behalf in addressing order concerns related to our products. 

Amazon doesn't accept returns on certain items such as pet food, lightbulbs, etc., so it may not give you the option online; but if you call, email or chat (recommended method) they will most likely issue you a refund or a store credit. Amazon's return policy

Amazon Customer Service:

If you're unable to get through with the recommended method stated above, you can follow the steps listed below when addressed within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them such as explained in the following paragraphs: 

1. For any hay, food pellets, treats or pet food item concerns, please use this link which will land you on the pages below - to chat with Amazon's customer service or have a representative call you.


2. For a bedding, or non food product concern, a refund or replacement can easily be requested within Amazon's 30-day return window by logging into your account > selecting "Returns and Orders" > clicking on the order in question > selecting "Return or Replace Items" > then select your reason for the return > continue > and you're all set.
