We only ship to US Territories. However, freight forwarding is always an option.

A Google search for 'mail forwarding' will yield a number of companies that you can pay to have your Small Pet Select purchase shipped to your international location. 

Don't forget to check for any restrictions or documents required by the destination country's Customs Officials, especially when ordering hay products.
