U.S. Store Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 8 PM EST

• Saturday: 10 AM to 1 PM EST (no incoming calls)

• Sunday: Closed

U.K. Store Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM U.K. time

We're also closed on major holidays so our team can recharge with their own furry families.

That range includes both our U.K. and U.S. teams:
