We love staying connected with fellow pet parents, but we also understand that inboxes can fill up quickly.
Our Email Preference Center allows you to choose the types of emails you'd like to receive and how often you'd like to hear from us.
What Can I Update?
Inside the preference center, you can:
- Update your email address
- Select the pets in your family
- Choose how many small animals you have
- Reduce email frequency
- Snooze marketing emails for 7 or 14 days
- Unsubscribe from promotional emails
How Do I Access My Preferences?
You can update your Email Preferences Center at any time by clicking on one of the links at the bottom of any Small Pet Select marketing email:
- Manage Preferences
- Snooze for 7 Days
- Snooze for 14 Days
- Unsubscribe
Will I Still Receive Important Emails?
Yes. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive important service-related messages such as:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping updates
- Subscription notifications
- Account-related emails
