Auto-Ship & Save is the easiest way to save money and never run out of your pet’s favorite essentials. With flexible delivery options and an exclusive discount, it’s designed to give you full control with zero commitment.
How It Works
You choose your favorite products and set your preferred delivery schedule—every few weeks or months.
Your payment method is automatically charged at the interval you choose.
You’ll receive a 5% discount on all eligible Auto-Ship products.
You’ll also receive notifications via email (and SMS if opted in) exactly 5 days before your upcoming order processes, to make any changes.
What You Can Do Anytime
You can manage everything through your account dashboard:
Start or reactivate a subscription
Skip, pause, or cancel up to 24 hours before your next Auto-Ship processes (to avoid cutoff errors)
Change frequency, products, or shipping date
Update payment info and shipping address

Payment Methods
Auto-Ship orders now accept all Shop Pay–supported payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and others available at checkout.
Coupon Codes, Rewards & Abuse Prevention
Coupon codes and reward points generally do not apply to Auto-Ship orders, except for certain Auto-Ship–specific promotional discounts we may offer from time to time.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or cancel Auto-Ship discounts and promotions in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity. This includes—but is not limited to—creating multiple accounts to receive one-time new subscriber discounts.

Editing vs. Canceling
Changes can be made up until 24 hours before your next Auto-Ship processes.
Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
If the order is already in transit, we may be able to request a UPS Intercept for a $21 fee per box.
Too Late to Cancel? Here’s What You Can Do
If your Auto-Ship order has already been packed or shipped, you can:
Keep the order (hay stays fresh up to 12 months in a cool, dry space)
Request an intercept with UPS (fee applies)
Return the item when it arrives (shipping fees may be deducted from refund)

Recharge Concierge SMS Notifications
Through our Recharge Concierge system, all Auto-Ship subscribers are automatically enrolled to receive SMS reminders about upcoming orders unless they opt out. These messages include your 5-day pre-shipment reminder and order processing confirmation.
A +1 US mobile phone number is required to receive SMS texts
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text we send, and resume by replying START. For assistance, contact our Customer Success team.
