How to Manage or Edit Your Auto-Ship Subscription

You can make changes to your Auto-Ship subscription any time through your account. This includes adjusting delivery frequency, changing the quantity or items, pausing future shipments, or canceling altogether.

Here’s how to manage your subscription:

1. Log in to your account at shop.smallpetselect.com/account
2. Click on “Manage Auto-Ship Orders”
3. Select the subscription you’d like to update
4. Make your changes and save

Reminder: To apply changes to your upcoming order, you must make them before 11:59 PM Eastern Time the night before your scheduled process date. After that, your order will be confirmed and begin processing, and we may not be able to cancel or update it.
