How to Manage or Edit Your Auto-Ship Subscription

You can manage your Auto-Ship subscription through your Small Pet Select account. Depending on the subscription and the timing of the request, you may be able to adjust delivery frequency, change products or quantities, pause future shipments, update payment information, change the shipping address for future Auto-Ship shipments, or cancel the subscription.

Managing your Auto-Ship subscription

Use your Small Pet Select account to review your available Auto-Ship options, select the subscription you want to manage, and save any available changes.

An order that has already been created or entered processing may not be changeable.

Updating your shipping address

Update your shipping address through your Small Pet Select account. The updated account shipping address syncs to your Auto-Ship subscription for future Auto-Ship shipments. You do not need to maintain or update a separate Auto-Ship shipping address.

Changing your account address does not change an order that has already been created or entered processing or fulfillment.
