How to Manage or Edit Your Auto-Ship Subscription
You can make changes to your Auto-Ship subscription at any time through your account. This includes adjusting delivery frequency, changing the quantity or items, pausing future shipments, or canceling altogether.
Here’s how to manage your subscription:
- Click on the green Auto-Ship button at the top of our site.
- Select the subscription you’d like to update
- Make your changes and save
Reminder: To apply changes to your upcoming order changes must be made at least 24 hours before your processing date to ensure they are applied in time. The system cut-off is 11:59 PM Eastern Time the night before your processing date, but changes submitted close to that time may not update successfully.
After that, your order will be confirmed and begin processing, and we may not be able to cancel or update it.
