Why am I not getting messages?
Your phone number must be a valid US mobile number (+1).
We can’t send texts to landlines or numbers outside the US/Canada.
If the same phone number is used on more than one account (multiple accounts), our system won’t be able to send texts.
SMS Messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM local time (based on your phone number’s area code).
