We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase from Small Pet Select! That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you or your pet aren't satisfied with your order, we're happy to send you a replacement or issue you a store credit. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
When you return an item to us, we don't take ownership of it until it arrives at our warehouse. Depending on the situation, we may be able to send you a replacement or store credit without needing the original item back.
Please note that we can't issue refunds, store credits, or replacements on items that have already been replaced.
Each order is eligible for one replacement or store credit. If you need to return an item more than 14 days after receiving it, we may be able to help in special circumstances.
Our replacement service is only available within the continental U.S.A. If you need to report a problem with your order, please don't throw anything away before contacting us.
We appreciate photos of any issues you've experienced as they help us with quality control and may be required by UPS if we need to file a claim.

If you encounter an issue with your purchase that is not attributable to any fault or defect in our product, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the associated return shipping costs. This may include situations such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or any other reason not directly linked to a product defect.
