Rewards Points and Promo Codes

You can earn Rewards points through qualifying activity and redeem eligible points for discount codes at checkout.

Rewards redemption

Available redemption values and any minimum purchase requirements are shown in your Rewards account.

After redeeming points, use the generated code at checkout.

Rewards points expire according to the expiration terms shown in your Rewards account.

Can I use Rewards points on Auto-Ship orders?

Yes. Rewards may be used at checkout when your order includes an Auto-Ship product.

Other rules may still apply, including minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, one-time-use restrictions, another discount already being applied, or promotion-specific terms.

An Auto-Ship product is not, by itself, a reason to reject a Rewards code.

Why might a promo code not work?

A code may not apply if:

• It has already been used.
• The order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement.
• The product is excluded.
• Another promotion is already applied.
• The promotion has expired.
• The code has other terms or restrictions.

If a valid Rewards code still does not work after these checks, contact the Small Pet Select team.

Military discount

We’re honored to offer a military discount through VerifyPass for eligible active military members and veterans. After verification, VerifyPass provides a military discount code that can be entered at checkout.
