Shipping information: We aim to provide efficient service to our customers at Small Pet Select.

 Here are the key points:

1. We operate from three warehouses located in Arizona, Kentucky, and Washington State, strategically chosen to ensure swift delivery of fresh products.

2. While most orders arrive within an average of 1.7 business days, please note that this is a general estimate. Various factors, such as weather, holidays, staffing shortages due to Covid, and high weekend sales volumes, can impact delivery times.

3. The shipping carrier method is determined by the total weight of your order. We utilize UPS, UPS SurePost, and USPS for different weight ranges.

   - Orders weighing 13 oz. or less are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

   - Orders between 14 oz. and 2 lbs. typically use USPS.

   - For orders weighing between 2 and 4 lbs., we opt for UPS SurePost, where UPS delivers to your local post office, and your mail carrier delivers it the following business day.

   - Orders weighing 5 lbs. or more are shipped via UPS Ground, which is the fastest option with an average delivery time of 1.7 days. Please note that neither UPS nor USPS deliver on Sundays.

4. Our shipping services are available within the continental USA and require a physical or street address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

5. We offer free shipping for all orders totaling $45 or more after discounts and before taxes. For orders less than $45, there's a flat rate of $4.99.

6. We make every effort to process and ship most orders from our warehouses on the same business day if received before 4 pm Eastern Time (KY warehouse) or 4 pm Pacific Time (WA warehouse). Orders received after these times are likely to be shipped the following business day.

7. In some cases, part of your order may be shipped from a sister warehouse based on inventory availability.

8. Please be aware that USPS has implemented new service standards for First Class Mail as of 10/1/2021, which may result in increased transit times for mail and packages. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

9. We do not accept responsibility for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. It is essential to verify and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before confirming your order.
