Please don't dispose of the package or product before contacting customer service. Details and photos of your concern and product will be greatly appreciated.

Photos and videos can be emailed, or texted to 855-981-8080 and should include the following for the fastest resolution:

• Product in the original packaging. While close up shots are helpful, we’d like to see the entire box and overall content.
• If damaged - photos of the exterior box and interior contents too please.
