Each cake is baked from scratch, by hand, in our small pet bakery using simple, all-natural ingredients like hay, oats, applesauce, and real fruit.
Every cake includes:

Where does the cake ship from?
All Tropical Trio Birthday Cakes are made and shipped from Tammy’s Bakery in our Washington (WA) warehouse.
Because each cake is handcrafted and shipped from one location, delivery times can be a little longer than our typical 1.9 business day shipping window, especially for our East Coast customers.
Will my cake arrive in time for my pet’s birthday?
We always recommend ordering ahead, at least 7-10 days before the big day when planning a celebration, since these cakes are made to order and shipped from our WA bakery.
If your pet’s big day is coming up soon, don’t worry, we’re happy to help explore options with you.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! If you need your cake sooner, our Customer Success team can provide a quote for expedited shipping options.
Expedited requests are available:
- Monday through Thursday
- Before 3:00 PM PST

Can I return or exchange the birthday cake?
Each cake is baked and personalized just for your pet (yes, really!), so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. These are one-of-a-kind celebrations made with lots of love.

What are the loofahs and are they safe?
Each cake comes with three all-natural loofahs as part of the celebration. These are included as a fun enrichment item for your pet to explore, chew, and enjoy alongside their special treat.

Are artificial dyes used in the cake or loofahs?
No, we use pet-safe, natural ingredients for coloring.
For example, the pineapple variety may include a small amount of turmeric to naturally enhance its color. Because we don’t use artificial dyes, shades may vary slightly from cake to cake.
Will my cake look exactly like the photos?
