Tropical Trio Celebration Cake FAQ 🎂🐾

Looking for a fun, all-natural way to celebrate your pet's special day? You're in the perfect place! Our Tropical Trio Celebration Cake, also known as our Tropical Trio Birthday Cake, is made for birthdays, gotcha days, adorable photos, and a whole lot of happy hops and squeaks!

What makes the Tropical Trio Celebration Cake special?

Each cake is baked from scratch, by hand, in our very own small pet bakery using simple, all-natural ingredients like hay, oats, applesauce, and real fruit.

Every cake includes:

• A personalized engraved wooden plate featuring your pet's name

• A wooden topper displaying their birthday age

• Three all-natural, fruit-flavored loofahs for extra fun

It's a special celebration centerpiece, perfect for capturing those memorable moments and making memories you'll love!

Where does the cake ship from?

Our Tropical Trio Celebration Cakes are lovingly handcrafted in Tammy's Bakery in Washington and are now available at all three Small Pet Select warehouses!

This helps us get the celebration started sooner, with shipping times depending on your location and carrier conditions.

When should I order my celebration cake?

Planning a birthday bash or special celebration for your little one? 🎂 We recommend ordering at least 7 days before the big day to allow a little extra wiggle room for unexpected carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

After all, we want your pet's celebration to be as party paw-fect as possible! 🐾🎉

If your celebration is coming up sooner, check out our expedited shipping options below.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! If the party date is approaching, our Customer Success Team can provide a quote for available expedited shipping options.

Expedited shipping requests are available:

• Monday through Thursday

• Before 3:00 PM Pacific Time

Please contact us at [email protected] as early as possible so we can review the available options. Expedited shipping availability and delivery dates are subject to confirmation.

How should I store my cake until the celebration?

Planning ahead? We love a pet parent who's ready for the party! 🎉

Our handcrafted cakes can be stored until your pet's special day with a little planning.

• Airtight container: Store your cake in an airtight container to help maintain freshness for at least one month.

• Freezer: For celebrations further down the road, keep your cake in an airtight, freezer-safe container. Properly frozen cakes can last several months.

• Party time: If frozen, allow the cake to thaw completely before serving.

With proper storage, you can plan ahead and have your pet's special treat ready when it's time to celebrate!

Can I return or exchange my celebration cake?

Each cake includes personalized finishing touches created especially for your pet, making it a one-of-a-kind celebration.

Because of these custom details, our Tropical Trio Celebration Cakes are excluded from our Picky Pet Promise Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product, incorrect quantity, or incorrect personalization.

Your pet's special day is important to us! If you have any concerns about your cake, please reach out to our Customer Success Team. We're always happy to lend an ear and a helping paw.

What are loofahs, and are they safe?

Each cake comes with three all-natural loofahs as part of the celebration. These are fun enrichment items for your pet to explore, chew, and enjoy alongside their special treat.

They're made with natural, pet-safe ingredients and designed with small animals in mind.

What flavors are the loofahs?

Our loofahs are soaked in real fruit juices for a naturally delicious twist!

Flavors may include:

• Pineapple 🍍

• Cranberry

• Strawberry 🍓

• Pear 🍐

Each cake includes three loofahs, and the flavor combination may vary. It's a little celebration surprise for your furry friend!

Are there added sugars or artificial ingredients?

Our fruit-flavored loofahs contain no added sugars or artificial flavors. They're naturally flavored using real fruit juices.

The cake itself is also made with simple, wholesome ingredients and contains naturally occurring sugars from real fruit. We recommend serving it in small portions as a special treat.

Are artificial dyes used in the cake or loofahs?

No artificial dyes here! We use natural ingredients to create the beautiful colors in our cakes and loofahs.

Here's a closer look:

• Cake icing: Made with oat flour, 100% pineapple juice, and turmeric for natural coloring.

• Cake decorations: Blue cornflower sprinkles add a lovely finishing touch.

• Fruit-flavored loofahs: Soaked in real fruit juices, which naturally contribute to their colors.

• Pineapple loofahs: A touch of turmeric is added to enhance their golden color.

Because we use natural ingredients instead of artificial dyes, colors and shades may vary slightly. That's part of the charm of handcrafted treats!

Will my cake look exactly like the photos?

Each cake is handcrafted with care, so slight differences in color, shape, size, and decoration are perfectly normal.

We like to think of them as perfectly imperfect, with each one as unique as the pet celebrating!

How should I serve the cake?

Our Tropical Trio Celebration Cake is made with naturally sweet fruits, so a little slice goes a long way!

Serve small portions as an occasional treat and let your pet enjoy the celebration at their own pace.

Can I share my pet's celebration photos?
