If I have a problem with my international order, what do I do?

If there is an issue with the order upon arrival we will gladly replace your product or issue a store credit. Note that we will not be responsible for any shipping/handling costs associated with it, including the cost of shipping from the freight forwarder to your international address.

We will ship a replacement to your freight forwarder free of charge as long as the address is in the continental USA.

Don't forget to check for any restrictions or documents required by the destination country's Customs Officials, especially when ordering hay products.
