UPS/USPS: My package was lost or damaged during transit. What do I do?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We know this can be frustrating.

To report a damaged or lost package, please send an email along with photos showing the damage to the Customer Service Desk within 30 days of placing your order. Emails are typically answered within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You can also call 855-981-8080.  

If we are not able to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you ASAP.
