UPS/USPS: My package was lost or damaged during transit. What do I do?

To report a damaged or lost package, please contact the customer service desk so we can get your issue resolved asap.  For damaged shipments, photos and details are very important; they can be emailed to us or uploaded right here through our help widget. 

Please do not dispose of the package or product before contacting customer service.
