Small Pet Select does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our Warehouse. At our discretion, a replacement or store credit may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Small Pet Select does not take title to the credited item.
We do not issue refunds, store credits, or replacements on replacements.

In very few extenuating circumstances, we may agree to a return more than 14 days after receipt; return shipping costs would be the customer's responsibility.

Photos of the order concern are appreciated for quality control and required by UPS if we have to file a claim. They can be emailed to us or uploaded right here through our help widget
