There is a problem with my order, what do I do?

Please do not dispose of the package or product before contacting customer service. Photos of your concern and product will be appreciated.

Photos should show:

  • Product in the original packaging. While close up shots are helpful, we would like to see the entire box and contents.
  • If damaged - photos of the exterior box and interior contents
