Auto-Ship & Save Terms and Conditions

By signing up for Auto-Ship & Save, you agree to accept these terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Auto-Ship subscription ordering program ("Auto-Ship"). Please note that your use of the Small Pet Select website is also governed by our [Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy], as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Small Pet Select website, all of which (as updated from time to time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order and enrolling in our Auto-Ship program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Small Pet Select relating to our Auto-Ship program. Please read these Terms carefully.

Benefits

When you purchase product(s) on Small Pet Select and enroll in our Auto-Ship program, you are signing up for recurring shipments of those products and can select how often you would like them delivered. You may update your delivery schedule at any time (including for a single shipment), as well as your shipping address, payment method, and the items in your subscription.

Additionally, when you purchase products marked as “Auto-Ship & Save” and enroll in the Auto-Ship program for those products, you will receive a discount off our standard prices.

Small Pet Select reserves the right to change Auto-Ship benefits at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and item eligibility; however, we will not change the price of your next shipment once your order has been authorized as outlined in these Terms. Some offer details may change over time as you receive deliveries (for example, product availability, pricing, taxes, and shipping charges). Subscriptions are good while supplies last.

Notifications: Automatic Order Creation; Order Changes or Cancelation

When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Auto-Ship program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and your first order will be processed immediately. Your selected payment method will be charged at the time of that first order.

Your Auto-Ship subscription will then automatically create new orders according to the delivery schedule you selected, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the Auto-Ship section of your Small Pet Select account or by contacting our Customer Experience team.

For future Auto-Ship orders, you will receive a pre-shipment email notification in advance of your selected ship date. This reminder will list the items, pricing, and scheduled ship date, and will inform you of the time window in which you may make changes or cancel your upcoming order. You may update or cancel your Auto-Ship order at any time up to 11:59 PM Eastern Time the night before the order’s scheduled process date.

If you do not cancel before that deadline, the order will be authorized, and a credit card authorization hold will be placed on your selected payment method. This hold confirms the order and initiates fulfillment. Once an order has begun processing, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

SMS Notifications

If you have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Small Pet Select, we may send you text messages related to your upcoming Auto-Ship orders. These may include shipment reminders, order confirmation, or account updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Credit Card Authorizations and Charges

When you sign up for Auto-Ship, you agree to allow us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for each order placed under your subscription.

Approximately 24 hours prior to your scheduled ship date, we will place a temporary authorization hold on your selected payment method. Once your order ships, the authorized payment will be captured and charged to your account.

For clarity, a payment authorization hold is not an actual charge. For example, if we authorize $35 on July 1 and the order ships on July 2, you will see only one actual charge of $35 on your payment method on July 2. However, authorization holds may affect your available credit during the pending period.

Pricing, Payment, Renewal and Cancelation

The amount you are charged for a product delivered through Auto-Ship will be the product price listed in your pre-shipment email notification, or lower if a sale or discount applies at the time of order authorization. Once your order is processed and shipped, your payment method will be charged that amount.

Each Auto-Ship order will include the current product price, minus the Auto-Ship discount or other applicable promotions, plus sales tax and any shipping charges. If your Small Pet Select account has store credit, it may be applied to your order before charging the remaining balance to your payment method.

If we are unable to process your Auto-Ship order using your selected payment method, we may attempt to charge any other valid payment method saved to your Small Pet Select account, or we may contact you to update your payment information.

Your Auto-Ship subscription will remain in effect until it is canceled. You can cancel at any time through your online account or by contacting our Customer Experience team.

Agreement Changes

We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Changes may also include updates to related terms and policies on the Small Pet Select website. If any updated Terms are found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that portion will be considered severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Your continued participation in Auto-Ship after we update the Terms confirms your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any change, you must cancel your Auto-Ship subscription.

Additional Terms

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Auto-Ship subscription at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have already shipped.

Auto-Ship is currently only available within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Your Auto-Ship subscription is for personal use only and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared without our written consent.

All returns under Auto-Ship are subject to the Small Pet Select [Return Policy]. Auto-Ship subscriptions are void where prohibited by law.
