How do I request expedited shipping or special handling?

For expedited shipping or special handling requests, please call our Customer Success team at 855-981-8080 so we can take your order over the phone. This lets us coordinate with our warehouse in real time.

If you need overnight shipping or would like to upgrade to a faster shipping option, we're happy to share pricing options with you.

Please note that expedited shipping is not included in our free shipping policy, and the additional cost is the customer's responsibility.

Overnight shipping is available Monday through Thursday, only for orders placed directly with a Customer Success representative before 4 PM local warehouse time.
