We stand behind the quality of our products — it’s all part of our Picky Pet Promise, also known as our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you or your pet aren’t happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll work with you to make it right. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Exclusions:

The Picky Pet Promise / Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to subscription boxes (such as the Bunny Box or Piggy Box) or Value Choice Timothy Hay. These products are excluded from our guarantee and return policy and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
