Weekend Closures
Most of our warehouses take a little weekend break, so orders placed during that time start processing on Monday. Our KY warehouse, though, works a half-day schedule on both Saturdays and Sundays, and our WA warehouse runs a half-day on Sundays. This helps a few orders hop into processing a bit earlier and keeps things moving along smoothly.Flexible Fulfillment
Your order may be split and shipped from a different warehouse depending on stock availability. This helps minimize delays and get your pet supplies to you faster.

Service Impacted by Severe Winter Weather
UPS services across the Midwestern, Southern, and Northeastern United States have been impacted by severe winter weather. While UPS facilities are providing pickup and delivery services as conditions permit, some delays are possible. Although your location may not be impacted by adverse weather, the movement of packages in the network may be delayed by conditions in other areas.
The safety of our employees is our priority, while minimizing effects on service. Contingency plans are in place to help ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as possible.

Winter Weather Impacts
FedEx services across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S. have been impacted by winter weather. Contingency plans are in place to help minimize service impacts. As local conditions and restrictions allow, FedEx is providing pickup and delivery services. The safety of our team members remains our number one priority.
There may be different levels of impact depending on selected services, city, state, and ZIP Code. For shipment specific status information, track your shipment at fedex.com or residential recipients can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to stay informed of their shipment’s progress.

Severe winter weather systems and storm cleanup impacting operations
As severe winter weather systems, together with snow and ice cleanup, continue to impact major portions of the United States, the Postal Service (as with other national, regional, and local logistics service providers) is notifying customers that there may be delays in service due to the inclement weather and blocked or unsafe transportation routes.
Safety of the public and our employees is the top priority as we work to restore nationwide mail pickup, processing, transportation, and delivery, and resume regular retail hours at Post Offices, stations, and branches that may have temporarily closed due to weather conditions. Customers are requested, for the safety of our employees, to clear a path to access the mailbox.
