Weekend Closures
Most of our warehouses are closed on weekends, so orders placed during this time will begin processing on Monday. However, our WA and KY warehouses operate with a half-day schedule on Sundays, allowing some orders to begin processing earlier and reducing potential delays.Flexible Fulfillment

Severe Weather in Louisville, KY May Cause Package Delays
Severe weather in Louisville, Kentucky has caused a disruption in operations at Worldport, UPS’s main hub in the United States. As a result, scheduled delivery times for a limited number of Air and international packages may be affected.
Contingency plans are in place to help ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as conditions permit.

There may be different levels of impact depending on selected services, city, state and ZIP Code.
