Auto-Ship & Save Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and acceptance of terms

By enrolling in Small Pet Select’s Auto-Ship & Save program, you authorize recurring orders for the products and delivery schedule you select.

Your participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Program benefits

Depending on the product and offer:

• Eligible Auto-Ship products may receive Auto-Ship savings.
• Auto-Ship-specific promotions may be available.
• Qualifying orders may receive free shipping.
• You may be able to pause, skip, modify, or cancel before the applicable processing deadline.

Product eligibility, savings, and promotions may change.

3. Notifications and order processing

Recurring orders are created and processed according to the schedule shown in your account.

Customers receive an upcoming Auto-Ship email two days before the scheduled processing date.

The processing date is the date on which the recurring order is charged and sent for processing or fulfillment.

4. Payment methods

Auto-Ship requires an eligible payment method for recurring charges. Available payment methods and restrictions are shown during account setup and checkout.

If a payment does not go through, follow the instructions shown in your account or contact the Small Pet Select team for assistance.

5. Changes, pauses, skips, and cancellations

You may request available Auto-Ship changes through your Small Pet Select account or by contacting the Small Pet Select team.

Changes to an upcoming Auto-Ship order must be made by 11:59 PM ET the day before the order is scheduled to process.

Once an order has processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Canceling an Auto-Ship subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created.

6. Rewards, pricing, and promotions

Rewards may be used at checkout when an order includes an Auto-Ship or subscription product.

Other discount-code and promotion rules may still apply, including product eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, one-time-use restrictions, and confirmed stacking rules.

7. Returns and refunds

Auto-Ship orders follow the Small Pet Select Return Policy and applicable Policy Exceptions. Certain products may have specific return, replacement, refund, or satisfaction-guarantee restrictions.

8. Subscription termination

Small Pet Select may terminate an Auto-Ship subscription in accordance with its policies. Canceling or terminating an Auto-Ship subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

9. Availability

Auto-Ship availability depends on product, account, and shipping eligibility shown during enrollment and checkout.

10. Terms updates

Small Pet Select may update these Terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
