What is FedEx Delivery Manager?

FedEx Delivery Manager is a free service from FedEx that helps you keep track of packages shipped to your home. Starting September 30, 2026, Small Pet Select orders over 15 oz ship with FedEx Home Delivery, so Delivery Manager is a great way to stay updated on your order.

What can I do with FedEx Delivery Manager?

• Get delivery notifications by email, text, phone, or the FedEx mobile app

• Track your package's progress on a live map

• See a photo when your package is dropped off

• Save delivery instructions for your driver, like leaving packages at a side door

• Place a vacation hold on deliveries for up to two weeks

Some options may not be available for every delivery, and some premium FedEx services come with a fee that FedEx shows before you confirm.

What if something goes wrong with my delivery?

If your package is delayed, damaged, missing, or shows delivered but you can't find it, please contact our Customer Success team. We'll work with FedEx for you.
