Packages that ship on a weekend may not receive their first carrier scan until the next business day. While our warehouses keep limited weekend hours, some of our elves have been known to work a little overtime filling your orders, which explains any notifications you receive on a weekend. This is especially true around the holidays.
Why does my tracking number show "not found"?
Until your package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, you won't see any movement on your tracking number.
