Does Small Pet Select ship internationally?

We only ship within the continental United States from our US store. If you're across the pond in the UK, we've got you covered with our dedicated online store at smallpetselect.co.uk.

Freight forwarding is always an option. A Google search for "freight forwarding" will bring up several companies you can pay to ship your Small Pet Select purchase to your international location.

Please note: Freight forwarding can be expensive, and costs vary between providers. We're unable to recommend a specific freight forwarder.

Don't forget to check for any restrictions or documents required by the destination country's customs officials, especially when ordering hay and agricultural products.

If I have a problem with my international order, what do I do?

If you use a freight forwarder and there's an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact our Customer Success team with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the package and products

We'll review the information and follow up with next steps.

Please note that we're not responsible for shipping or handling costs, including the cost of shipping from the freight forwarder to your international address. If a replacement is approved, we can ship it to your freight forwarder at no charge as long as it's located in the continental United States.
