You received the wrong product

If your little one refuses to eat a product, or you’re not happy with it, we’ve got your back. We offer one of the following options:
Replacement (same product)
Store credit
Refund (minus return shipping fees, if applicable)

📸 What We Need From You
To process your request quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos (required for damage, wrong product, or quality issues)
Photos help us document quality issues and improve our products and packaging.
🔄 Returning a Product
In most cases, we do not require returns due to the nature of our products (food, hay, treats, etc.).
If a return is needed, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
Once your return arrives, we’ll issue your refund minus the return shipping cost.
⚠ Important Notes
Hay, food, and herbal products are not eligible for return once opened, unless damaged or defective.
Value Choice Hay and pop-up promos are excluded from refunds and store credit.
