How do I get free shipping?

Any order totaling $49 or more (after discounts and before taxes) receives free shipping. No extra charges, just pure small pet goodness coming your way.

For all orders under $49, we have a flat rate charge of just $4.99. It's a small fee to make sure your precious small pet supplies hop safely to your doorstep.


What do I do if my package is damaged in transit?

We apologize for any inconvenience! Kindly reach out to our Customer Support team within 48 hours for a prompt resolution.

Before reaching out, please refrain from disposing of the package or product. UPS may require photos of the damaged package (both exterior and interior) and the product for claim purposes. You can conveniently email them to us or upload them through our help widget. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

No, we don't. We need your physical/street address to ship your orders. UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address.

We no longer offer plain white boxes as an option.

UPS SurePost services provide the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS delivery to customers' mailboxes. Packages weighing between 1 lb. and 4 lb. may ship via UPS Surepost.
