Notifications and order processing</h2><p>Recurring orders are created and processed according to the schedule shown in your account.</p><p>Customers receive an upcoming Autoship email approximately two days before the scheduled processing date. We no longer send SMS/text reminders. SMS reminders from the former Recharge platform are not connected to the current Loop Autoship platform. Replies to previous Autoship text conversations will not manage, skip, cancel, or change orders in the current Autoship system.</p><p>The processing date is the date on which the recurring order is charged and sent for processing or fulfillment.</p><h2 id="4-payment-methods">4. Payment methods</h2><p>Autoship requires an eligible payment method for recurring charges. Available payment methods and restrictions are shown during account setup and checkout.</p><p>If a payment does not go through, follow the instructions shown in your account or contact the Small Pet Select team for assistance.</p><h2 id="5-changes-pauses-skips-and-cancelations">5. Changes, pauses, skips, and cancelations</h2><p>You may request available Autoship changes through your Small Pet Select account or by contacting the Small Pet Select team.</p><p>Changes to an upcoming Autoship order must be made by 11:59 PM ET the day before the order is scheduled to process.</p><p>Once an order has processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.</p><p>Canceling an Autoship subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created.</p><h2 id="6-rewards-pricing-and-promotions">6. Rewards, pricing, and promotions</h2><p>Rewards may be used at checkout when an order includes an Autoship or subscription product.</p><p>Other discount code and promotion rules may still apply, including product eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, one-time use restrictions, and confirmed stacking rules.</p><h2 id="7-returns-and-refunds">7. Returns and refunds</h2><p>Autoship orders follow the Small Pet Select Return Policy and applicable Policy Exceptions. Subscription termination</h2><p>Small Pet Select may terminate an Autoship subscription in accordance with its policies. Removing a saved payment method is separate from canceling an Auto-Ship subscription.
